We are seeking an Airside Support Specialist to join our team at Melbourne Airport in a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.
  • Vehicle Management: Guide and position the trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
  • Customer Service: Communicate and coordinate with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery hand over.
  • Administrative Duties: Administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements
  • A valid MR or HR driver's license is essential for this role.
  • The ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks is necessary.
  • Flexibility working around flight schedules is crucial.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are vital.
  • A neat and tidy presentation is expected.
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week is required.
