Director, Portfolio Management

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Portfolio Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our industrial and multi-sector portfolios, providing strategic input on major decisions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve investment goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in real estate, a strong understanding of property investment appraisal techniques, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work collaboratively across international teams and develop effective mitigation strategies for risk identification.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Portfolio Manager with primary oversight and responsibility for industrial and multi-sector portfolios.
  • Provide strategic input and direction on major decisions impacting the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve investment goals and objectives.
  • Oversight of ESG initiatives, asset management, and development teams.
  • Working closely with financial analysts to review and analyze portfolio and asset level financial performance.
  • Monitor organizational obligations under fund agreements and ensure remuneration alignment.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics or Property discipline.
  • At least 10 years' relevant Real Estate experience.
  • Understanding of property investment appraisal techniques;
  • Ability to identify risk in new and / or existing transactions and to effectively develop and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
