Senior Portfolio Strategist

This role is for a highly motivated individual who can manage and develop a large national client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing strategic relationships with clients, identifying new business prospects or cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and is in line with agreed terms.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a portfolio of business to achieve profitable growth and expand market share.
- Develop positive and collaborative relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.
- Ensure service delivery meets the highest standards and is in line with client agreements.
- Network and build relationships with industry professionals, client groups, and associations to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
- Relevant experience in workers' compensation and people solutions, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail, quality standards, and compliance.
