Role Overview:

The Cloud Governance Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective governance and compliance within cloud operations. This position involves collaborating closely with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Enablement Lead in daily administrative tasks while working in partnership with architecture, risk management, outsourcing, data governance, and security teams.
  • Oversee the management of the SharePoint site, including user access and content creation.
  • Handle the CGC mailbox and maintain the calendar for scheduling purposes.
  • Keep the CGC Pipeline register updated, documenting and tracking actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including preparing presentation materials and ensuring follow-up on actions and decisions.
  • Support the development of project artifacts utilizing the Microsoft Suite of applications.
  • Assist business stakeholders throughout the CGC submission process.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multifaceted programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to achieve results within deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, with skills in report design and development, including pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with APRA Standard CPS230/231 related to outsourcing.
  • A technical background or experience in project management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with Vero Insurance is preferred but not essential.
