Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Guest Experience Expert who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing operational needs, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role involves working closely with the Front Office Department to ensure seamless check-ins, maintain guest accounts, and provide top-notch support throughout their stay.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
  • Maintain guest accounts, including managing reservations and providing personalized support.
  • Process food and beverage orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
  • Create guest moments by addressing requests, resolving issues, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Rotate shifts to cover overnight duties and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OPERA Software or similar.
  • A passion for delivering energetic customer service and building strong relationships.
  • A positive attitude, electric personality, and ability to smile on the phone.
  • Articulate and confident in English language.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
