About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Townsville. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and control of small to medium sized jobs, as well as performing complex work on larger matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and control of small to medium sized jobs
  • Perform complex work on larger matters
  • Guide and support junior accountants within the team

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in personal and corporate insolvency
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Proven time management skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act and relevant insolvency law
