Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outsourcing and recruitment, with proven expertise in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, enhancing our service offerings, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the outsourcing and recruitment sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Drive sales efforts by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring successful delivery of services.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

4+ years of experience in business development within outsourcing, recruitment, or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Strong knowledge of outsourcing services, recruitment processes, and industry standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and drive results independently.
