We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales volume, margin and product group objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer relationship management skills to maintain and develop existing customer base volumes and margins as per Branch requirements.
- Foster strong negotiation and conflict management skills to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Two to three (2-3) years field sales experience.
- A clean and valid driver's license is required for this role.
- Strong customer focus and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
