About the job: WMS Technical Lead

Job Description:

As a WMS Technical Lead at Pyramid Global Technologies, you will oversee the development and support of our Applications. Your role will be to lead a team of developers, ensuring projects are completed to standard, and risks are identified and mitigated. You will be responsible for determining project requirements, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to your team. A high calibre, skilled, and experienced resource with knowledge of Application environments is required. Key skills include interface with team and management, building and maintaining high team morale, and adherence to IT Service Management processes. Mandatory skills include overall experience of 8+ years, ability to make fast and informed decisions, and great interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  2. Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture.
  3. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  4. Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  5. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  6. Identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action.
  7. Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  9. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  10. Collaborating with team to identify and fix technical problems.
  11. Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement.
  12. Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfill the requirement of system wide.
  13. Work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team.
  14. Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.

Key Skills:

  • Adherence to defined Configuration, Change and Problem Management (and all other IT Service Management) processes.
