About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled WMS Technical Lead to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Job Description

The WMS Technical Lead will be responsible for leading Application Development and Support projects, working closely with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading technical projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make fast and informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Preparing and helping the team to prepare the design, with a strong understanding of project architecture.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Identifying project risks and planning mitigation actions.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement.
  • Working on constantly increasing the productivity of the team.
  • Fulfilling all commitments by timely delivering deliverables.
