About the Role

This is a dynamic and versatile Technical Support Service position based in Silverwater. You will be responsible for providing technical support both remotely from our office and on-site with our customers' equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology and a background in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a similar discipline.

  • Provide technical support for our customers in both office and field environments.
  • Manage support cases within our case management systems.
  • Deliver customer development and training in the field or within our dedicated training facilities.
  • Assist sales teams with product demonstrations and technical advice.
  • Provide surveying and geospatial product handovers to our customers.
  • Support our internal services team.

  • Desire to be seen as a trusted advisor by our customers and staff.
  • Experience with surveying practices, techniques, and concepts.
  • Experience with survey data preparation and various software packages.
  • Background in GPS and 3D Machine Control is desirable.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
