About the Role

Aptella is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team based in Silverwater. This is a full-time role reporting to the Support Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical phone support to customers
  • Manage support cases within our Case Management Framework
  • Offer field support for Geospatial products and Machine Control products
  • Provide internal support for our Field Services Team
  • Assist the Pre-Delivery Team Leader in setting up hire equipment and Geo-Spatial deliveries
  • Assist the Field Services Scheduler with field service requirements and scheduling
  • Act as a customer liaison to assist with delivery requirements and system setup
  • Deliver training to customers on Geospatial Products
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:

  • Experience with surveying practices, techniques, and concepts
  • Experience with survey data preparation and various software packages
  • Background in GPS & 3D Machine Control
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive outgoing personality
  • Goal-oriented, outcome-focused, performance-driven
  • Ability to build and manage relationships
  • Sound computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
  • Display a high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to build and manage customer relationships and expectations
