About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to develop your clinical expertise by providing assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals with neurological disorders and disabilities. Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team, working with clients, families, and caregivers in community settings and clinics.

Typical Day
  • Provide treatment to people with various conditions including Autism, Post-Stroke, and Parkinsons, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans, and advocating on their behalf.
  • Support participants in adult and child language, social communication, and swallowing/dysphagia using AAC devices.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, and positive behaviour support practitioners to share knowledge and ideas.
  • Celebrate 'Weekly Wins' with colleagues and leadership team.
  • Attend opportunities for networking and learning and development across the nation.

  • You'll have a buddy to answer questions and a supportive multidisciplinary team to collaborate with.
  • An iPhone and laptop will support flexible working and work/life balance, as well as a designated therapy kit for community work.
