Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

The role of a Digital Growth Strategist is to develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that drive organic growth across various clients. This involves leading on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, conducting thorough audits, improving site speed, and implementing structured data.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong technical foundation, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with internal content writers to optimize and inform content strategies based on search intent, topic authority, and semantic SEO.

  • Lead End-to-End SEO Strategy: Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives across multiple client campaigns.
  • Technical SEO Excellence: Conduct thorough audits, address crawl-ability and indexing issues, improve site speed, and implement structured data.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with internal content writers to optimise and inform content strategies based on search intent, topic authority, and semantic SEO.
  • Outreach Management: Direct digital PR and outreach specialists to build high-quality links and authority in a sustainable, ethical manner.
  • Dev Partnership: Collaborate with developers on site migrations, performance optimization, and technical implementations.

You will also be responsible for managing outreach and building relationships with digital PR and outreach specialists, as well as collaborating with developers on site migrations and performance optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation and understanding of how to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Understanding of the full ecosystem of organic search – from site speed and indexing to E-E-A-T and algorithm impacts.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to challenge assumptions or propose smarter solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
