With multiple homes, thousands of residents, and employees across Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania, Respect Aged Care is a leading provider of high-quality care and community services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical nursing care to residents within the scope of practice as determined by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). This role requires a strong understanding of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being at all times.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE AUSTRALIAN HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION AGENCY (AHPRA).
  • Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
  • Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire.
