About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Lindsay Australia Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support in the day-to-day activities of our depot, including general administration, manifesting, data input, and debriefing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manifesting consignments and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Loading planning and supporting operations to meet customer requirements
  • Facilitating and managing customer orders and jobs received
  • Liaising with operational staff to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
  • Managing freight bookings and time slot requests to optimize logistics
  • Debriefing driver paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assisting with depot pallet control and maintaining accurate inventory
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
