Job Title: Sales BDM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our national business, you will be responsible for developing new business leads and expanding our presence in Perth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business leads through relationship building, cold calling, and sales efforts
  • Manage expectations, quote, and price for works on various projects
  • Work with the national estimation team on tendering and bidding for projects
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in your region

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling Height Safety Products and/or Certification Services
  • Ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication skills and positive personality
  • Hunger to succeed and drive business growth
  • Full work rights and valid driver's license

Desirable Criteria:

  • Nets with commercial builders, mining operators, facilities management, councils, and contractors
  • Trade background advantageous but not essential
  • Exposure to design software and estimating systems
