Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our national growth strategy and drive business expansion across various industries.

  • New Business & Market Expansion: Identify and close major B2B opportunities, develop and execute strategic market-entry plans, and build a high-value sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and tender positioning.
  • Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing national sales team, foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and growth, and create pathways for career development and mentorship.
  • Operational Excellence & Customer Success: Oversee customer engagement strategies and account retention, collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Leadership Beyond Sales: Drive collaboration, represent the organization at key industry events, and champion safety standards and compliance.

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably B2B.
  • Proven ability to build and scale national sales teams.
  • Track record of success in new market development and enterprise sales.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
