Data Information Specialist

Job Role
This key role focuses on facilitating the regular collection, recording and presentation of information into our systems to ensure accurate and timely communication throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update master files for both Australian and New Zealand operations.
- Conduct periodic data quality reviews for internal and external data.
- Extract and present data from Dynamics 365 as required for analysis and comparison.
- Implement best practices to secure data from potential breaches.
- Develop and maintain reports.
- Retrieve system records for corporate use as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field and industry experience.
- Able to think strategically and translate strategies into operational plans.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with minimal direction.
- Well-developed skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning and organizing one's own work.
- Experience using Dynamics 365 and Advanced Excel functions.
