Job Title: Data and Information Support Specialist


About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Data and Information Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of participant and carer records and data.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide practical solutions
  • Support compliance with reporting requirements and contribute to continuous quality improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective data management

Requirements:



  • Relevant tertiary qualification in service performance and outcome reporting and evaluation or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years demonstrated experience working with CRM configurations, information systems, databases, and business intelligence
  • NDIS Workers Orientation module certificate
  • Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Available to participate in out-of-hours activities as required
