Data Information Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and quality of student data. The successful candidate will work closely with the Data Team to ensure that all student activity is accurately recorded and reported.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and verify student training activity, including apprenticeships and trainee programs;
- Communicate with students, employers, parents, and apprenticeship centers regarding student progress;
- Utilize student data systems, such as VETtrak and Epsilon, to process and report student data;
- Develop reports to inform decision-making about student training activity.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
- Experience in compliance, data quality, or RTO administration within an RTO or similar business;
- Knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 (RTO Standards) and Victorian Skills First funding contract obligations;
