Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Agent to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Operations Support Agent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks. They will also assist drivers with resolving discrepancies and perform manual handling tasks in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, as well as experience working in a warehouse environment. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Assist drivers with resolving discrepancies.
  • Perform manual handling tasks in the warehouse, including loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Label and sort consignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
