Delivers operational excellence, by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.Prioritising tasks and coordinates the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measuresStocking flow including, inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etcProviding excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queriesEnsure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reportingQualificationsAn individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphereYou thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc)Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detailUnderstanding of inventory management and processesBuild and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationshipsSolid customer service skills that will create raving reviewsAdditional InformationIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
