About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores meet the highest brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage retail standards across all sites in relation to merchandising standards, marketing and customer service
  • Complete quality & standard auditing and product compliance checks
  • Monitor site compliance with various regulations regarding safe working practices, Food Safety and Occupational Health & Safety
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle
  • Provide input into new sales and marketing opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. If you have experience working in fast-paced environments like fast food chains or retail, and possess knowledge of loss prevention or retail auditing, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to travel interstate or regionally, including overnight stays
  • Current driver's license required
