Compliance Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to coordinate quality and compliance systems, provide advice and support for key frameworks in risk, quality, and compliance.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary package and excellent benefits. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing quality risk and compliance management systems to ensure accuracy and legislative compliance.
About the Role- Maintain and review quality risk and compliance management systems to ensure accuracy and legislative compliance.
- Research and provide advice on relevant legislative and accreditation requirements.
- Map documentation to standards for accreditation/licencing, and coordinate document management processes.
- Coordinate data requirements relating to audit findings and reviews, and develop best practice auditing tools.
- Develop training materials to support delivery of training specific to Governance, Risk and Compliance Management systems.
We are looking for someone with strong working knowledge of legislation and regulatory frameworks, and experience interpreting complex legislation and governmental guidelines. You should have excellent communication skills, be deadline-focused, and able to deliver results under pressure.
You will have:
- A degree in Quality Management or a related discipline, and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience writing documents in a formal setting, including policies, procedures, work instructions, guides, and other formal documentation.
- Knowledge of legislative, compliance requirements, regulatory frameworks and requirements for Quality standards and continuous improvements.
- 5 years quality, compliance accreditation and/or licensing experience.
