Transforming Distribution Centres Across Australia

We're seeking a skilled Supply Chain Design Manager to drive innovative design solutions for our Sydney-based Distribution Centre network.

About the Role

  • Drive future-thinking best-in-class Distribution Centre designs, leading executive engagement throughout the full project lifecycle to deliver transformational customer, team, and safety outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end solutions design process to develop and deliver distribution and fulfilment centre designs meeting customer, safety, and operational objectives.
  • Undertake data analysis, modelling, research, and design simulations for existing and future Distribution Centres, Customer Fulfilment Centres, and Micro Fulfilment Centres.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose design solutions, prioritising safety in design during concept development.

Your Expertise

  • Facility/supply chain design experience, including materials handling and automation.
  • Strong analytical modelling skills (Labour, Operating Cost, DILO, Slotting, Material Flow).
  • Executive relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Safety in Design (SID) experience.
  • A self-learning style adaptable to work in an ever-changing environment.
