About This Role

This Sydney-based position is a key opportunity to drive innovation and transformation across our supply chain landscape. You will be at the forefront of initiating industry-leading change, adopting a forward-thinking design lens to support Tier 1 projects in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Drive future thinking & best-in-class facility designs, leading executive engagement throughout the project lifecycle to deliver transformational customer, team, and safety outcomes.
  • Lead the development and delivery of distribution and fulfilment centre designs to meet our customer, safety, and operational objectives.
  • Evaluate alternative facility concept layouts, including automation solutions, with the support of project teams and external consultants.
  • Develop DC capital and operating cost models and requirements to underpin project business cases.
  • Provide expertise in specification and procurement of MHE and Automation systems.
