About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Organizational Change Manager, Program Manager, and Project Managers in the program, and across the organization to ensure effective and consistent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Content Creation:
    • Develop and deliver communication products for high-profile engagements with internal stakeholders;
    • Design and develop communication messages and products;
    • Provide advice on emerging communication issues and risks;
    • Manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines;
    • Create and assist in the development of clear, concise, and engaging communication materials, such as presentations, emails, formal briefing notes, slide decks, web content, and other collateral to inform stakeholders about program and project change impacts, business readiness activities, progress, and updates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
    • Support the identification and segmentation of key stakeholders and tailor communication plans to address their specific needs and concerns;
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders by responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and addressing issues as needed.
  • Change Management:
    • Manage and support the creation of targeted organization-wide change management approaches and plans to ensure change activities are identified, scheduled, and managed;
    • Provide expert change management advice in relation to assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of approved change management methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues;
    • Manage positive relationships and implement methodologies and approaches required to identify and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication activities;
    • Work collaboratively with key business and program stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials, and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce, and sustain change;
    • Manage and negotiate expectations of stakeholders at various seniority levels.
