About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Clerk to join our Office Services Team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our partners and lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Services Team, including opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, coordinating and processing outgoing mail, and booking couriers.
  • Assist with meeting room setup and AV equipment, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
  • Maintain utility points and kitchens, and act as a fire warden during quarterly training and annual evacuation exercises.
  • Deliver legal documents to Chambers and the Courts, and liaise with lawyers to attend settlements and deal with subsequent banking requirements.
  • Perform eCourt work, including litigation searches, document searches, and eLodgement.
About You

We are looking for a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is reliable, proactive, and has a 'can do' attitude. You will have 1-2 years' experience in an office or professional services environment, and strong IT skills.
