About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales calls, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Calls: Handle inbound calls, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Process Orders: Accurately input and track orders from our extensive inventory of over 5000 line items.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Organise and oversee the delivery of equipment to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Utilize Systems: Work with Point of Rental (Inventory Control System) for order and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or administrative role within the hospitality or catering industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong administrative abilities, fast and accurate data entry, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Availability: Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) with flexibility to work one 5-hour Saturday per month.
