What We Are Seeking

We are looking for a part-time Law Clerk to join our National Work + Road team. This is an excellent opportunity for a second-year law student.

In this position, you will support lawyers and practice group leaders in managing daily operations of files, including preparing cases for trial. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a personalized approach to each client's case
  • Analyzing relevant issues and files under supervision
  • Drafting legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs for Counsel
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring adherence to applicable rules and regulations
