Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Office Management Team in efficiently managing the department according to the established concept statement providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
  • Ensure that all Front Office employees are familiar with the hotel's products and services, current promotions, policies and other important information.
  • Assist to develop the skills and effectiveness of all Front Desk employees through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A strong track record of leadership and experience in a similar Front Office position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • A comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and procedures
