Job Title: Duty Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to manage our front-of-house operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring efficient stock management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective time management and organisational skills, as well as knowledge of current liquor legislation.

The role involves coaching, training and mentoring of staff, continuous improvement in operations and service. We require someone with a hands-on approach and a natural ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including rostering and stock management
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with current liquor legislation
  • Coach, train and mentor staff members
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work culture
