Job Summary:

We invite applications for a Duty Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring the quality and standards of the hotel are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations and ensure all aspects of guest service are met
  • Assist guests with check-in and departure processes
  • Handle general enquiries and create meaningful guest experiences tailored to their requirements
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure operational needs and financial objectives are met
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations
  • Build relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service
  • Understand the impact of departmental operations on overall property financial goals and manage to achieve or exceed targets
