**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Full-Time Duty Manager** to join our team, contributing to seamless club operations and ensuring a fantastic experience for our members and guests across all three of our venues.
- As a Duty Manager, you will involve the following duties but not limited to:_
- **Oversee daily operations** across dining, bars, gaming, and event spaces.
- **Provide leadership** to staff, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service.
- **Coordinate staff effectively**, handle inquiries, and manage conflicts with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with **industry regulations**, club policies, and safety standards.
- Work flexibly across **St. George Leagues Club**, **Arncliffe Scots Club**, and **St. George Masonic Club**, gaining a diverse and rewarding experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage daily club operations, maintaining high service standards.
- Supervise all areas, including the gaming floor, and lead staff with confidence.
- Handle conflicts, resolve issues, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and support to a diverse team.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, industry regulations, and club policies.

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least a diploma in hospitality management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the **Club industry**.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to **inspire and motivate** a team.
- Ability to **remain calm under pressure**, adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
- Holds current **NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency** cards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work **varied shifts**, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to adapt to and manage operations at multiple venues.
