Senior Risk and Compliance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk and compliance efforts. This role involves shaping our enterprise risk management framework, promoting a culture of compliance, and collaborating with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in risk and compliance, strong knowledge of regulations, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate key risks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, providing guidance and training to stakeholders as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and business units to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
- Experience: Proven track record in risk and compliance, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field.
