Senior Compliance Officer - Risk Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our Tax and Legal Quality and Risk Team. As a key member of the team, you will lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement in our risk management frameworks and collaborate with senior leadership and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support initiatives that drive continuous improvement in our risk management frameworks
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and client teams to shape the way we manage quality, risk, and regulatory compliance for our clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and improve client trust
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff members
  • Maintain high-level relationships with stakeholders across various functions and industries

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Risk Management or Tax and Legal role
  • Qualifications in accounting, risk management, and/or law
  • Strong organisational, time, and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders and functions
  • Capacity to work independently and provide autonomous advice
