The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Assistant to join our property management team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in administration and customer service, offering a fantastic stepping stone into a rewarding real estate career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
- Schedule and conduct property viewings and lease signings
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Monitor lease renewals and rent reviews
Customer Service:
- Provide professional reception duties
- Handle renter and landlord enquiries
- Manage general office email communications
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
Office Operations:
- Coordinate office administration and supplies
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Support property managers with daily tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional phone manner & communication skills
- Previous experience in real estate or property management would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of property management software preferred but not required
