The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Assistant to join our property management team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in administration and customer service, offering a fantastic stepping stone into a rewarding real estate career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and lease signings
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software
  • Monitor lease renewals and rent reviews

Customer Service:

  • Provide professional reception duties
  • Handle renter and landlord enquiries
  • Manage general office email communications
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients

Office Operations:

  • Coordinate office administration and supplies
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Support property managers with daily tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional phone manner & communication skills
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management would be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of property management software preferred but not required
