Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role
A high-performing restaurant in a fast-paced environment is seeking a Service Supervisor to support the management team in delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, with a focus on:
- Overseeing the entire food and beverage service team throughout each shift
- Assisting in training staff members to ensure quality and consistency
- Communicating effectively with senior team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Working in a team environment with a focus on quality and hands-on approach
- Providing efficient restaurant bar services and exquisite service techniques
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, ability to work in a structured policy-driven arena, and a clear understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing provisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inventory management and ordering
- Following established opening and closing procedures
- Adhering to company policies and service techniques
- Supervising and processing food & beverage orders using POS systems
