Job Description

The Quality Improvement Coordinator is a key professional in championing a culture of continuous improvement. They are responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that promote active support, human rights, and practice excellence.

Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in disability, ageing, mental health, youth, or a related field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the ability to deliver engaging group and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement activities, providing constructive feedback, and developing resources to enhance compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process analysis.
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
