Job Role Overview

The Quality Improvement Coordinator plays a pivotal role by fostering a culture of continuous improvement through effective program implementation and monitoring, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, incident management, policy development, and data-driven reporting.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in designing and delivering training programs focused on support excellence, human rights, and practice improvement, with a focus on complex needs support.
  • Experience in policy and procedure development, client record systems, and operational excellence.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in disability, ageing, mental health, youth, or a related discipline.
  • Certificate IV Training Assessment, enabling confident delivery of engaging group and 1:1 training, along with the creation of high-quality written training materials.
  • Experience in driving continuous quality improvement, providing constructive feedback, and developing compliance resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process detail, accompanied by organisational and project management skills.
