We are partnering with a national leader in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field to grow their Launceston team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals return to work and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify workplace hazards and develop effective return-to-work plans.
- Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Make referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement case management plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified and AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in Workplace Rehabilitation. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and those looking to transition into this field.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $75,000-$90,000, plus superannuation, bonus, and relocation assistance. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
