We are partnering with a national leader in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field to grow their Launceston team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals return to work and achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify workplace hazards and develop effective return-to-work plans.
  2. Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Make referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
  4. Develop and implement case management plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.

To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified and AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in Workplace Rehabilitation. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and those looking to transition into this field.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $75,000-$90,000, plus superannuation, bonus, and relocation assistance. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
