Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Total Workfit Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, client-centered services to assist injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Workplace Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of workplaces to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Rehabilitation Counselling: Provide expert guidance and support to injured workers to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals and return to work.
- Case Management: Develop and implement individualized case plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research, and best practices to ensure our services remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Qualifications: Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers).
- Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation, workplace health and safety, or a related field.
- Personal Qualities: A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
