About the Role

Konekt is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin. As a Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
