Workplace Rehabilitation Opportunity

Total Workfit Solutions is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Tasmania.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. This will involve undertaking workplace assessments, providing advice on job modifications, and conducting rehabilitation counseling and vocational assessments.

You will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that promote the recovery and independence of injured workers.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about injury management and workplace rehabilitation. If you have a strong clinical knowledge and allied health background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice
  • Conduct workplace assessments and provide advice on job modifications
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for injured workers
  • Provide rehabilitation counseling and vocational assessments
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to promote recovery and independence

Requirements:

  • Full registration with AHPRA or AASW
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
