About the Role

Konekt is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin, providing workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
