About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners, a global alternatives manager with a strong presence in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth initiatives in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account plans for existing clients to drive AUM retention and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and wealth clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our global team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the private credit fund space
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in funds management distribution, preferably with a focus on institutional and wealth clients
  • Outstanding relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong technical acumen, particularly in credit
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and AUM retention
