About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders in the Wealth Management division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, email management, and coordination of travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas, pre-reading papers, and action items for team meetings.
  • Coordinate the completion of business reports and ensure the operating rhythm is met.
  • Manage expense submissions and process manual invoices as required.
  • Maintain staff lists, email distribution groups, and mail listings.
Requirements
  • Secretarial/administrative qualifications and experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 3 years supporting at Managing Partner or Managing Director level.
  • Financial services industry or professional services experience desirable.
