About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Advisor to join our team in Brisbane South East, QLD. As a Training Advisor, you will play a critical role in facilitating training programs to support customers in achieving their training and employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs across the region in accordance with contractual and ETC guidelines
  • Design and implement interactive group activities to engage customers
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and job search support to customers
  • Market and promote ETC as a provider of high-quality employment services
Requirements
  • Experience in interactive training delivery and administration
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
