About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Advisor to join our team at Enterprise & Training Company Limited. As a Training Advisor, you will play a critical role in facilitating training programs to support customers in achieving their training and employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs across the region in accordance with contractual and company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement interactive group activities to engage customers and promote learning.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and job search support to customers to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Market and promote Enterprise & Training Company Limited as a provider of high-quality employment services.
Requirements
  • Experience in interactive training delivery and administration.
  • Current driver's license.
  • A current, clear National Police Check.
  • A current Working With Children Check or QLD Blue Card.
